We are currently looking for an inventory analyst.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Analyzing inventory levels and recommending adjustments to optimize stock management;

• Tracking inventory discrepancies and identifying the root causes;

• Preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory;

• Collaborating with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management;

• Ensuring data accuracy in Fidelio and Guide TI systems and suggesting process improvements;

• Participating in inventory audits and implementing corrective actions as needed;

• Monitoring consumption trends and anticipating supply needs;

• Performing other related tasks as required.

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management;

• You have relevant experience in inventory analysis or stock management;

• You are proficient in computer tools and software (Fidélio, Guide TI);

• You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;

• You work well in a team and communicate effectively;

• You can manage priorities and work independently.
