We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Drilling.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs;

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align engineering, design, marketing, and sales for smooth development and delivery;

• User-Centered Focus: Leverage data and feedback to enhance user experience and engagement;

• Product Development: Define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure product quality;

• Launch & Iteration: Oversee launches, track performance, and refine features based on feedback;

• Metrics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs to measure success and guide future decisions;

• Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze trends and competitors to drive strategy and growth.
   

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and beyond.

• You’ll collaborate with the Henninger’s Diesel and Access Industrial team to define, prioritize, and execute on product initiatives.

• The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, data-driven, and skilled in bringing cross-functional teams together to solve complex challenges.
   

GENERAL SKILLS

• You have experience in product management, preferably in rock drilling;

• You have a proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch;

• You possess strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions;

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams;

• You are able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

• You have a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value to users.
