Job description
Doing this job includes:
- Analyzing inventory levels and recommending adjustments to optimize stock management.
- Tracking inventory discrepancies and identifying the root causes.
- Preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory.
- Collaborating with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Ensuring data accuracy in Fidélio and Guide TI systems and suggesting process improvements.
- Participating in inventory audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitoring consumption trends and anticipating supply needs.
- Performing other related tasks as required.

General skills
We’re a great fit if:
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management.
- You have relevant experience in inventory analysis or stock management.
- You are proficient in computer tools and software (Fidélio, Guide TI).
- You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- You can manage priorities and work independently.
