Job description

Doing this job includes:
  • Analyzing inventory levels and recommending adjustments to optimize stock management.
  • Tracking inventory discrepancies and identifying the root causes.
  • Preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory.
  • Collaborating with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in Fidélio and Guide TI systems and suggesting process improvements.
  • Participating in inventory audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitoring consumption trends and anticipating supply needs.
  • Performing other related tasks as required.

General skills

We’re a great fit if:
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management.
  • You have relevant experience in inventory analysis or stock management.
  • You are proficient in computer tools and software (Fidélio, Guide TI).
  • You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • You can manage priorities and work independently.
