We are currently looking for a heavy equipment mechanic.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

  • Repair, maintain, and refurbish heavy equipment;

  • Identify the nature of defects and failures to determine the scope of repairs required (diagnose issues on equipment);

  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts;

  • Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.

 

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

  • You have a DEP in heavy equipment mechanics or automotive mechanics with relevant work experience;

  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions;

  • You possess an explosive permit and your mining modules (assets);

  • You have an excellent knowledge of hydraulics and electricity;

  • You have strong observation skills and an attention to detail;

  • You are a team player, you are curious and works well with minimal supervison.
