We are currently looking for a heavy equipment mechanic.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Repairing, maintaining, and refurbishing heavy equipment;

• Diagnosing equipment problems by determining the nature of defects and the extent of necessary repairs;

• Adjusting, repairing, or replacing defective parts;

• Testing repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

• You have a DEP in heavy equipment mechanics or automotive mechanics with relevant work experience;

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions;

• You hold a mining module and an explosives permit;

• You possess excellent knowledge of hydraulics and electricity;

• You are detail-oriented, curious, autonomous, and have strong observation skills and a great team spirit.
