We are currently looking for a lifting equipment mechanical specialist.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Inspecting and verifying the operation of rental equipment to ensure proper functionality and prevent failures;

• Diagnosing and assessing mechanical issues;

• Adjusting equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts, installations, or components using manual and mechanical tools;

• Performing repairs on Skytrak, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts;

• Testing repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with manufacturer standards;

• Performing routine maintenance and ensuring the upkeep of accessories and work tools;

• Conducting preventive maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations;

• Carrying out annual inspections as required.

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

• You hold a DEP in heavy equipment mechanics;

• You have extensive knowledge in fuel systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems;

• You have strong verbal communication skills in both French and English;

• You are comfortable using computer systems;

• You are detail-oriented, autonomous, and highly disciplined;

• You can work under pressure and enjoy teamwork;

• You follow safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
