We are currently looking for a Scheduler Planner.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Planning interventions and optimizing the organization of the mechanical workshop's operations;

• Monitoring the progress of repairs and ensuring deadlines are met;

• Documenting and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency;

• Supporting technicians in their tasks and operational needs;

• Keeping the team informed and maintaining up-to-date reports and KPIs;

• Identifying, reporting, and proposing improvements for procedures, processes, and worrkshop tasks;

• Preparing detailed reports and managing billings.

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

• You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a DEC in industrial maintenance, or a related qualification;

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;

• You are highly rigorous and work efficiently within a team;

• You are proficient in computer systems, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office;

• You can proactively address challenges and propose practical solutions;

• You can handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities;

• You are focused on continuous improvement.
