Job description

Doing this job includes:
  • Supporting the Rental and Logistics Manager in task allocation.
  • Inspecting equipment and accessories at departure and upon return from rental.
  • Handling the preparation, maintenance, and follow-up of rental equipment.
  • Managing the arrival and departure of equipment going out for rental.
  • Keeping workspaces clean and well-organized.
  • Responding to various client requests with professionalism.
  • Dividing your time between on-site tasks (70%) and office work (30%).
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Performing any other tasks related to the role’s responsibilities.

General skills

We’re a great fit if:
  • You have experience in equipment rental (an asset).
  • You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
  • You have knowledge of machinery and mechanics (an asset).
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
  • You are fluent in French and have intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required to interact with English-speaking clients).
