Job description

Doing this job includes:
  • Planning interventions and optimizing the organization of the mechanical workshop’s operations.
  • Monitoring the progress of repairs and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Documenting and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Supporting technicians in their tasks and operational needs.
  • Keeping the team informed and maintaining up-to-date reports and KPIs.
  • Identifying, reporting, and proposing improvements for procedures, processes, and workshop tasks.
  • Preparing detailed reports and managing billing.

General skills

We’re a great fit if:
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a DEC in industrial maintenance, or a related qualification.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar planning role.
  • You are highly rigorous and work effectively within a team.
  • You are proficient in computer tools, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office.
  • You can proactively address challenges and propose practical solutions.
  • You can handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • You are focused on continuous improvement.
