Job description
Doing this job includes:
- Planning interventions and optimizing the organization of the mechanical workshop’s operations.
- Monitoring the progress of repairs and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Documenting and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Supporting technicians in their tasks and operational needs.
- Keeping the team informed and maintaining up-to-date reports and KPIs.
- Identifying, reporting, and proposing improvements for procedures, processes, and workshop tasks.
- Preparing detailed reports and managing billing.

General skills
We’re a great fit if:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a DEC in industrial maintenance, or a related qualification.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar planning role.
- You are highly rigorous and work effectively within a team.
- You are proficient in computer tools, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office.
- You can proactively address challenges and propose practical solutions.
- You can handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
- You are focused on continuous improvement.
