HERE'S A LOOK AT YOUR ROLE AS HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR: 

  • Manage the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process;
  • Participate in the immigration, permit renewal, francization and permanent residency processes for foreign workers, in conjunction with the consulting firm;
  • Keep abreast of HR best practices and make recommendations to senior management;
  • Support and advise managers on personnel management and coaching;
  • Keep company policies and employee handbook up to date;
  • Act as resource person for employee benefits;
  • Comply with the various legislative frameworks in force with regard to HRM;
  • Participate in the employee evaluation process and ensure follow-up;
  • Participate in the company's various HRM innovation projects;
  • Perform all other tasks related to the responsibilities of the position.

General skills

YOU'RE THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management;
  • 5 years' experience in human resources management;
  • CHRP or CPHR member (asset);
  • Fluency in French;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and computer skills;
  • Bilingual (asset).
