HERE'S AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR DUTIES AS LEASING AND OTPTIMIZATION DIRECTOR :

  • Identify and ensure implementation of initiatives to improve management processes, reduce costs and increase productivity;
  • Identify funding opportunities for future innovation projects and produce appropriate grant applications;
  • Identify potential research and development opportunities for the organization;
  • Develop and optimize the use of ERP and other IT systems;
  • Work in close collaboration with the Directors of Operations, Finance and Technical Services;
  • Develop inventory strategies and analysis in collaboration with the Purchasing and Inventory Manager;
  • Ensure compliance with OHS rules and procedures.

General skills

You're THE person we're looking for:

  • Specialized training in finance or administration or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years);
  • Good computer skills;
  • Excellent aptitude for systems and process analysis;
  • Relevant project management experience;
  • Specific knowledge of the company's products and services.
